The mission of BaumHouse design is to provide our customers with the Essential Elements of the home, your kitchen and bath, refined to near perfection through innovative design concepts, personal relationships with our clients, and years of experience.  This is accomplished by a team of professionals dedicated to continually advancing their knowledge of new products and techniques, always considering the health, safety and welfare of the consumer as well as bettering the environment through the use of eco-friendly products, whenever possible. At BaumHouse design, we understand that not all jobs are created equal, therefore we have set up our Menu of Services in a such a way, that you are able to choose how you want to work with us.  We can give our design assistance at an hourly rate, best for those clients in need of a simple house refresh or paint color selection.  We can work with you using our design fee formula, if you need guidance in one room or an entire house.  We at BaumHouse can work with your familiar contractor for installation, or we can be your general contractor and use the craftsmen we have a long, trusting relationship with.  All design plans are original to the specific customer.  All products sold are special order for that project and are purchased through BaumHouse design for installation; although we regret that we cannot specify product not purchased through BaumHouse design, LLC.   Our end goal is to present you with a design solution, specific to your lifestyle and aesthetic desires in an honest, controlled, and efficient manner.  We handle every aspect of the project, so you don't have to.

 

Over the years we have established relationships with the finest to-the-trade and retail firms, as well as resources for accomplishing the work to be done in a timely manner.  BaumHouse design employs only degreed interior designers with a passion for design.  We are members of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).  Our hope is to provide you with the services you need and products you want in order to achieve the dream room or home you always dreamed of.

Introductory Meeting

This meeting is in your home and lasts approximately an hour or so.  At this meeting we ask you to share any design ideas you have, so that we will have a better understanding of your project goals, your budget, and how we can help you determine the best menu option from our design services.  General ideas for your project may be discussed at this meeting, however no specific ideas or suggestions will be made at this time.

 

Room Service

Comprehensive design services include, but are not limited to, a furniture plan, window treatment design, furnishing recommendations, floor coverings, color selection, and periodic meetings throughout the design process; whatever services are required to achieve your desired results.  Approximately two weeks after the introductory meeting in your home, we invite you to visit BaumHouse design's showroom for a conceptual presentation of ideas for your project and your feedback on our proposed design.  At the conclusion of this meeting, we request 50% of a non-refundable design fee to continue with selections, refining, and pricing your plan.  The remaining balance of the design fee is due when a proposal of estimated costs based on advanced selections and design is presented.  The Room Service fee is best suited for complete room renovations or entire homes.

Ala Carte Service

Our firm prides itself on offering exceptional interior design services to clients as well as to our business partners.  Choosing the Ala Carte menu selection may be the best option when you are needing paint color recommendations, a furniture plan, a new perspective using current furnishings, advice on selections when you want to do your own shopping, and when you want us to go shopping with you.  For this option we work with you at an hourly rate, on an as needed basis.
